We're so happy that you wanna partner with us!

All you gotta do is fill out this -->FORM TO HOST AN EVENT<-- preferably 2 weeks before your proposed event (if you're on a time crunch we'll try to make something work!)

^this includes your email, name of event, organization hosting, date & time requesting, tab, equipment, advertising, & any other requests.

-details about having a tab: after your event, an invoice will be sent to you through our treasurer and Stacy Gerber (ASG Book keeper)- you do not need to do anything with this email, as all transactions are handled through ASG- this solely serves as a receipt to keep in your files

 

Once you've completed the form, I'll let you know if that availability works for us and go ahead and create an event for you through scheduler. If the date & time you are requesting is already booked in the space, I'll get back to you as soon as I can so we can get you a time that works. Scheduler should be up to date with all events happening in gfc, if you ever want to search by location to double check your date & time is available. (But please do give me maybe a bit of time ~2-4 days~ to make sure everything is updated!)

-Please do not fill out scheduler yourself as Gloria Burgess (SLI) is looking for the GFC tag under my name to know that approval has been given on our end. *this is something new this year, whereas in previous years everyone could fill out scheduler for themselves*
